RETURN POLICY

The Buyer has the right to reject the Goods at any time before handover, and after handover - within 14 (fourteen) days. Return of Goods of proper quality shall be made at the Seller's location.

The return of goods of proper quality is possible if they retain their trade dress and consumer properties, the packaging is preserved and not broken, as well as if the Buyer has a sales receipt and cash register receipt, or other documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the returned Goods. Return of the Goods shall be made on the basis of a written Application of the Buyer and provision of an identity document (passport or driver's license).

The Buyer has no right to refuse the Goods of proper quality having individually defined properties, if the said Goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer.

The payment will be returned the same way the payment has been made. In case of a cash payment the Seller returns the paid cash, direct bank and card payments will be returned to the Buyer's bank account and PayPal payment will be returned to Buyer's Paypal account. The Buyer should provide the bank account details.

In case of cash payment for the returned Goods of proper quality, the Seller shall return to the Buyer the cost of the paid Goods minus the cost of delivery of the Goods (if any was provided to the Buyer by the Seller) immediately upon presentation of the Application for return of the Goods, the Buyer's identity document (passport or driver's license), as well as the document confirming the fact of purchase (sales receipt and cashier's check).

In case of online payment the money will be sent to the Buyer within five banking days. the Seller shall return to the Buyer the cost of the paid Goods minus the cost of delivery of the Goods (if any was provided to the Buyer by the Seller) immediately upon presentation of the Application for return of the Goods, the Buyer's identity document (passport or driver's license), as well as the document confirming the fact of purchase (sales receipt and cashier's check).

All shipping costs for the returned Goods of proper quality are paid by the Buyer. Also, the Buyer must make sure that the shipment is insured and has a trackable shipping. the Buyer must make sure that the shipment securely packaged according to the rules and conditions of the shipping company.

Return of the Goods of improper quality

If the Order contains Goods of improper quality (manufacturing defect), the Buyer has the right to replace or return these Goods in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation. The Buyer has the right to apply to the store where the goods with defects were sold with a statement containing the requirements. Together with the application, the Buyer must provide the goods, as well as documents confirming the purchase (sales receipt and cash voucher). The application is subject to acceptance and consideration within the terms established by the legislation.

A different color, design or decoration element from the image on the Website, another Product from the assortment under the same article is not a defect, and this Product is subject to replacement or return in accordance with this Agreement.

The Seller has the right to carry out a quality check of the Goods. The terms of quality inspection are established by the current legislation of the German laws.

Upon the results of quality inspection or expert examination, if it is proved that the Seller is responsible for the defect, the Buyer's claim shall be satisfied.

If, after inspection or examination, it is determined that the defect is not detected or the Seller is not responsible for it, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller for the costs of the examination and all transportation costs incurred.

All shipping costs for the returned Goods of improper quality are paid by the Seller.However, the Buyer must make sure that the shipment securely packaged according to the rules and conditions of the shipping company.

The Goods with the pre-order status are subject to all the conditions of return specified in paragraphs above
