That's what I was trying to say with these cups made by mixing different types stoneware clay in a special techique called Nerikomi

Nerikomi (練り込み) is a Japanese technique of mixing different clays or adding a pigment to a clay body and then mix it together with the original clay to get the unique color patterns.

You may heat them in a microwave (but who does?!) and wash them in a dishwasher (they are cool with that).
